The holiday apartment 'Residencial La Rota' is located in La Cala de Finestrat (= Benidorm-South). This apartment on the 6th floor has an American, full equipped kitchen and a sunny balcony with a nice view. Capacity 4 persons maximum.

On 1-minute walk you will find, besides of the beautiful sand beach in a cosy bay, also:

- an extensive week market (2x per week)
- many restaurants, terraces and bars with tapas and music
- market stalls along the beach (in the summer evenings)
