I. Payment
The payments above-mentioned can be made by credit card, debit card or a bank transfer.
The bank account is in the name of Benidormland SL with the Banco Sabadell, Passeig del Plà de Garaita 28, La Nucía, Alicante, Spain.

II. Guarantee
On your arrival, we ask you to pay a guarantee of 200 GBP or EUROS in cash. On your departure, this amount will be paid back in cash, if no serious damage and if the apartment is in a good condition and clean.
III. Cancellations
We draw attention that making a cancellation or travel insurance is the responsibility of the client. When cancelling a booking, you must inform us as soon as possible, so we can send you an invoice for the money you paid, to allow you to reclaim the paid amount back from your insurance company. Refunds are not forthcoming if you need to cancel a booking or if you need to leave the apartment earlier.
IV. Arrival & departure
Arrivals and departures are possible on any day of the week. On your arrival, you can enter the apartment ever since 13.00 hours. At the departure date, the apartment has to be left at 10.00 hours. If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please let us know, and we will try to find a solution.
V. Pets
Pets are not allowed.
VI. Responsibility
Benidormland S.L. is not responsible for any loss of your personal possessions, either indoors or outdoors. We advice you to lock the door well (turn the key twice) and take out a travel Insurance.
VII. Baby cot and high chair
On request are for rent:
- a baby cot + linen at 20 euros a week. Every week more costs 10 euros extra.
- a high chair at 10 euros a week. Every week more costs 5 euros extra.
